Marywood is an independent, coeducational, Catholic institution founded in 1915 by the Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  Marywood enrolls more than 3,000 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. From 1919, when the University welcomed its first international students, to the present, Marywood has always been proud of its membership in the global community and its capacity to promote well-being among all people.

Since Marywood’s curriculum prepares graduates for U.S. requirements, students from other countries must adapt their knowledge and skills to work in their home countries.  For more information on program offerings, visit the Programs of Study site.
